Users with Dispatch, Manager, or Admin access can move cases at an internal location to a different location using both the web and mobile app.
You can move a case with the Internal status as many times as you need. If the case is moved by an external transfer (i.e. sent to a crematory, cemetery, university, or other location not associated with your business), then it will no longer be Internal and won't be able to move to internal locations again (unless the case is eventually delivered to another internal location).
- To move a case, navigate to the Dispatch page.
- Tap or click on a case that has the Internal status.
- Once you are viewing the case information, click on the Move button to begin a transfer to a different location.
Select an internal location, then click on Complete Transfer to finish.
