The MorTrack mobile app’s Express Process feature can be used to quickly advance past several steps in the case retrieval process all at once. If ID verification or collecting personal effects is not necessary for a case, a removal tech can use the Express Process to bypass those steps.
Before using the Express Process feature, please be aware of the following:
- The timestamps “En Route” and “On Site” will be automatically filled in.
- Mileage will use estimated route mileage based on Google Maps, rather than the actual path taken.
- ID verification, personal effects collection, and capturing the releasing party will all be skipped.
To use the Express Process feature, please follow these steps:
- From the Assigned Cases screen, tap on a case to select it, then tap on Accept to start it.
- Tap on the Express Process button in the lower-right corner of the screen.
- A pop-up will appear and explain that using the Express Process will bypass and auto-fill some case information. Tap on Continue to proceed or Cancel if you do not want to use this process.
- The case will automatically progress to Step 10: Receive to Vehicle. From this step onwards, you can complete the case as usual.
