If you are viewing the Dispatch map and notice that one of your removal technicians is not visible on the map, there are a few things you can check:
- Verify your removal tech is logged in to the MorTrack mobile app. If the tech has logged out of the app or force closed it on their device, their location information will not be available.
- Is the removal tech driving through an area with intermittent service? Without a stable Internet connection or mobile data, their device’s ability to share their location may temporarily be lost. This should resolve itself once they can reach an area with better signal.
- Make sure the removal tech gave the MorTrack mobile app permission to access their mobile device’s Location. If they have not granted the app this permission, the mobile app cannot access their device’s location.
