Users with Admin access can customize some parts of MorTrack with your company’s logo. These are cosmetic changes that can help make MorTrack feel like your own for both your team members and any funeral home users who may access the Funeral Home Portal for your account.
You can access these settings by going to Administration > Settings > Branding Options
Please note that some options have recommended image dimensions (such as 72 x 72). For best image quality, it is recommended to use image files that match these dimensions.
The options you can customize are:
Name in Title: Most commonly used to enter your company’s name. The text entered here appears in any Google Chrome tabs where MorTrack is open.
Email Header Color: Choose the color that appears in the header of emails sent from MorTrack when cases are delivered.
Favicon: The image file added here will update the logo that appears in MorTrack browser tabs and bookmarks.
Menu Bug: The logo that appears in the upper-left corner of MorTrack, at the top of the sidebar menu.
Menu Banner: The banner that appears when the sidebar menu is expanded.
Email Logo: The company logo that appears in emails sent from MorTrack when cases are delivered.
Splash Logo: When users first log into MorTrack, a blank splash screen with this logo appears briefly.
Logo: Some electronic forms in MorTrack will feature the logo added here.
