Users with Admin access can customize settings that affect how long completed and canceled cases display on the Dispatch page, as well as modify how long case pick-up and drop-off pins show on the Dispatch map.
To access these settings on the browser-based version of MorTrack, click on Administration > Settings > Dispatch Card Options
The Dispatch Card Options are as follows:
- Display Delivered Decedent Case Cards For: Controls how long a case card displays on the Dispatch page after a removal tech has marked it as a Delivered.
- Display Dry Run Decedent Case Cards For: Controls how long a case card displays on the Dispatch page after a removal tech has marked it as a Dry Run.
- Display Canceled Decedent Case Cards For: Controls how long a case card displays on the Dispatch page after the case has been canceled.
- Decedent Pins on Map View (To Hide): Designates which pick-up and drop-off pins are hidden on the Dispatch map. By default, this is set to None, meaning all case pins are visible. The other options available will hide the pins for cases after they receive a certain status, such as after they are Assigned to a removal tech or after the removal tech is On-Site.
